We want you to feel confident in your Yippy Yayas gear. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, contact us with your order number and photos so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
